*Originally formed in 1938 by Sureyya Hizlan, Hizlanlar Otomotiv established a core business of importing automotive spare parts for the Turkish market in the 1950??s. *The continued success and expansion in this market allowed the company to develop its own manufacturing base in 1964. *In 1988 the company moved to its 15,000m2 factory (8,000m2 indoor space) in Gebze/Kocaeli. *Over the years the Hizlanlar has developed its original equipment manufacturing capabilities in specialist areas of large-scale automotive product, with a client base which includes the most prestigious companies. *Hizlanlar??s machinery includes large numbers of CNC controlled pipe benders ( from ??4 to ?? 80 ), end formers, lathe machines, wire erosion, metal sheet benders,laser cutting machines, water-jet machines, laser marking machines, various press machines. We also have lines in TIG, MIG-MAG, induction welding. *Our products are being tested in house. We have life cycle test, salt test, pressure test, leakage test, avulsion test, burst test and vibration test. *We have our own laboratory and it is defined according to ISO 17025. * Hizlanlar Otomotiv is also the first jobshop in laser cutting in Turkey. It began in 1996 and it now operates under the name of Hizlan Kesim Uygulamalari ltd. Our jobshop has 6 Trumpf laser machines ( 3Kw up to 6 Kw ), benders ( up to t = 10mm ), 2D laser measurement machine and a laser marking machine and two water-jet machines. *Our emphasis on the quality issues have become our strength in the market. We currently have ISO 9001-TS 16949-ISO 14001-ISO 18001 quality certificates and have been awarded with FORD Q1 AWARD. *The engineers of Hizlanlar work closely with customers from the automotive industry to fast-track innovative ideas. Their know-how and expertise in processes and technology guarantee safe, environmentally compatible for automotive design.
