Formal Aluminium continues its production on 10.000 m2 closed area on totally 35.000 m2 area in Kayseri Organized Industrial Region. The firm has the capacity to produce annually 6.000 tons of profiles with two extrusion presses having power of 1.800 and 800 tons. FORMAL, adopts customer satisfaction as a principle, produces special profile molds in its Mold Production Department according to customer demand and needs processing design and production development by its experienced technical crew. Besides serving standard dimensioned profiles; it serves semi finished and finished products by realizing product forming processes through CNC machines according to directions of customer demand and tolerances. Also produces surface treatment solutions for the standard and processed profiles, in its Anodizing and Electrostatic Powder Coating Departments.
