Über FML DECOLLETAGE
FML D??colletage is specialized since 1978 in the machining and bar-turning of high precision mechanical parts on automatic lathes in medium or long production runs, from diameter 2 to 50 mm in bars and up to 60 mm in slugs. These components are intended for various branches of industry such as the medical sector, the hydraulics, the heavy goods vehicles, the railroad... The manufactured raw materials can be : brass, copper, bronze, aluminum, steels and stainless steel of any grades, titanium, nickel and plastics. Our lathes and machining centres endowed with numerous numerically operated axes of last generation, allow the realization of complex parts with very strong added value in a single operation of manufacturing and on any type of materials. We assure the various reworking operations thanks to a specific park of machines, and some secondary operations like assemblies and marking. Our successful means of production allow us to realize all the additional operations: reaming, rolling, assembly, grinding, heat treatment and surface coating. Our company is a fully qualified ISO9001 version 2008 to bring the quality guarantee for which our customers are entitled to wait.
