The hydrostatic rotary table features high loading-resistance, precision, and stability, those make Chien Wei CNC VERTICAL GRINDING MACHINE extraordinary in accuracy. And application can vary for machining center, machine equipment manufacturer, mold manufacturer, automobile and aviation industry such as large gear , housing of high speed spindle, high precision bearings, and components of rotary table.
CNC VERTICAL GRINDING MACHINE is more superior than a horizontal one with its convenient and secured loading /unload on workpiece. Since magnetism, instead of a fixture force, secures workpiece on rotary table and therefore prevents from deformation , the requirement on accuracy, concentricity and squareness is achievable for the inner /outer diameter as well as surface finish at one process machining. |
